Its been a while since I updated my 'words of wisdom' page. Sometimes you hear something priceless that you can't wait to share with everyone.

A few months ago, I heard the phrase 'be yourself because everyone else is taken'.

I love this. We spend so much time comparing ourselves to others, either physically, emotionally or materialistically that we tie ourselves up in knots feeling either intimidated, overwhelmed - or worst of all, envious. Mad isn't it? Have the faith that you are exactly where you are meant to be, now. And remember also, that someone somewhere will have thought of you today. We are individual, but never alone.

Each and every one of you is a priceless jewel, an original, and like crystals, different lights will bounce off all your facets, even in the dark.

Remember that as you take the rollercoaster through each day, month, year. You are truly unique.
