The Difference

The difference with Mistress of Merlin is that all my designs are made from 100% terry towelling. The towelling on both the inside and outside of the pieces ensures that you can dry yourself as you cover up.

The idea - or need, for this came from my own desire to stay cosy after a swim at the beach. When i was overseas in London, I found a cute cotton/polyester beach robe. I loved it so much, I bought it despite the poly content. It was only when i put it into practice, I realised it didn't really do the job. Then when I looked around and asked my friends, they all said the same thing - even the kids beach hoodies were made with a poly mix and didn't dry them.

So I tracked down a towelling I could use for a new breed of beach hoodies for grown ups.
