Delivery

We use Australia post to deliver all items.

Delivery will be 1-3 working days from the date of order. There is a flat fee of $7.00 for delivery within Australia and $12.00 for New Zealand. For the rest of the World the fee varies depending on the size, weight and quantity of your order.

Returns

I hope that you enjoy your Mistress of Merlin purchase and find no reason to return it to me.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email me within 14 days of receipt of product to  vivien@mistressofmerlin.com. I will gladly exchange any faulty items but will not refund for change of mind purchases. All emails will be responded to within 24 hours. PayPal purchases must be returned before placing a chargeback claim with PayPal. Please email us for a return address.
